The Joint Secretariat of the Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria - Serbia Programme 2021 - 2027 will conduct an information campaign for applicants under the call for project proposals under Priority 1: Competitive Cross-Border Region with specific objective RSO1.3. “Promoting sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in SMEs, including through productive investments.”
The call aims to encourage investments in innovative solutions, improved production processes, increased energy efficiency, and the development of the circular economy. It will also stimulate the internationalization of business through marketing strategies and access to new markets. The grant size per project is between EUR 200,000 and EUR 400,000, while for individual enterprises, the amounts range between EUR 50,000 and EUR 200,000.
The program of the information campaign includes the following events:
- Information Day - March 28, 2025, 13:30, Sofia, at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works building, St. St. Cyril and Methodius Str. 17-19
- Information Day with a planned date of April 9, 2025, in Nis, Serbia
- Partnership Forum with a planned date of April 15, 2025, in Bulgaria
- Webinar in May
During the information events, experts from the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat of the Programme will present the following topics:
- Overview of the call for project proposal
- Eligibility of applicants, activities and expenses, estimated budget
- Methodology for evaluating project proposals
- Practical guidelines for applying and electronic submission of documents
SMEs wishing to apply but without established partnerships will have the opportunity to establish contact with other interested organizations during the Partner Search Forum, which will be held as part of the information campaign.
