Invitation for participation in public consultations on a draft Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures under the CBC Programme between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia for the programming period 2021-2027

The Territorial Cooperation Management Directorate, in its capacity as the Managing Authority of the INTERREG - IPA CBC Programme Republic of Bulgaria - Republic of Serbia 2021-2027 in cooperation with the Ministry of European integration of Republic of Serbia, launched public consultations on the draft of programme’s Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures.

The Programme will be funded under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance - IPA III. The key priorities for funding joint cross-border projects are "Competitive border region", "Integrated development of the border region" and “A more resilient border region”.

The aim of the Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures is to meet the needs of the Cross-border cooperation Programme between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia for the forthcoming programming period 2021-2027 and to propose measures for sustainable economic development of the cross-border region. Their implementation will be used within the priority of the program "Integrated development of the border region".

The full text of the draft Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures under the Cross-Border Cooperation Program between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia for the programming period 2021-2027 is attached below.

We invite the interested institutions, organizations and citizens to submit comments and opinions on the proposed draft Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures until June 17, 2021 in electronic form at the e-mail address: e-tcm@mrrb.government.bg  

The received proposals will be published on the programme’s website and will be considered at the meeting of the Task force group to support the development of a Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures under the Programme.
