As part of the information campaign under the Call for Project Proposals in the field of Services of General Interest, an online webinar in English will be held, open to all eligible applicants. Webinar II will take place on 5 September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Bulgarian local time) / 9:00 a.m. (Serbian local time) and will last approximately one hour.
This second webinar in the information campaign is open to all eligible applicants and will focus on the financial aspects of preparing a project proposal. Participants will receive practical guidance on how to properly structure the budget so that activities, expenditures, and indicators are logically interconnected and well justified. At the end of the session, a Q&A session will be held, providing the opportunity to discuss specific cases and clarify the most common challenges in project preparation.
Under this Call, project proposals may be submitted that develop non-economic services of general interest – services that do not pursue commercial objectives but aim to improve the quality of life, accessibility, and coverage of public services in the cross-border region. The total budget of the Call is EUR 4.63 million, with a maximum project size of up to EUR 1 million. Funding is provided at a rate of 100%, of which 85% is financed by the European Union, while for Serbian partners the remaining 15% must be covered by national or private co-financing.
Eligible applicants include municipalities and other public bodies, public enterprises with more than 51% public ownership, as well as non-governmental organizations. The deadline for submitting project proposals is 26 September 2025, 17:00 (EEST).
