The Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027 launches the package with guidelines for applicants, now available for public consultation, under Priority 1: “Competitive Border Region”, Specific Objective 1.3: “Enhancing Sustainable Growth and Competitiveness of SMEs and Job Creation in SMEs, including by Productive Investments”.
The purpose of this call is to identify project proposals that will:
- Enhance SMEs’ competitiveness during the transition to sustainable growth.
- Create a supportive environment for SMEs to internationalize and participate in regional and international value chains.
- Promote expansion into international markets and integration into regional and global supply networks.
Key details of the financial support:
- Maximum grant amount per beneficiary: €200,000
- Aid intensity:
Beneficiaries from Bulgaria – 100% aid intensity (EU 85% + State co-financing 15%,)
Beneficiaries from Serbia - 85% aid intensity (EU 85% +15% own co-financing)
- Eligible applicants: Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as entrepreneurs
