1,938,985 euros under the Priority axis "Tourism" have been invested to support the development of competitive cross-border tourism.

In Chiprovtsi (Bulgaria) and Pirot (Serbia), you can touch the beauty of traditional carpets in two studios where real local craftsmen demonstrate the art of carpet making - look for this tourist product under the name "The Carpet Tale".

Under the brand "Via Militaris - A Corridor for Sustainable Tourism Development" you will find an attractive and accessible route for tourists, a series of natural and cultural and historical attractions of the territory of the two countries along the Via Militaris (https://www.viamilitaris.net/).

If you are passionate about festival tourism, then you have probably been to the town of Elin Pelin (Bulgaria) at the gastronomic festival "Leskovac Barbecue Day" or to the town of Leskovac (Serbia) at the "Day of Shoppe Folklore" festival.

The magic of the potter's wheel came to life in the village of Burzia (Montana region, Bulgaria) and the village of Grkinja (Serbia) in the pottery training studios and craft and folklore fairs created on both sides of the border under the project "Craft Pottery for All".

Varshets (Bulgaria) and Sokobanja (Serbia) have developed a new joint tourism product: Winter cross-border tour.
