The Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027 offers a young volunteer the opportunity to join the Interreg Volunteer Youth - IVY initiative as an IVY Reporter.
IVY is a European initiative that gives young people aged 18 to 30 the opportunity to become involved in the work of Interreg programmes and the projects they support. As an IVY Reporter, the volunteer will become part of the Programme's communication team and contribute to showcasing the activities and results of the projects funded under the Programme.
Main tasks
During the six-month mission, the volunteer will be involved in:
- preparing content for the Programme website and social media channels;
- creating news articles, interviews, information materials and visual content;
- covering events and communication campaigns;
- engaging with project partners and beneficiaries;
- collecting and presenting successful project stories through articles, photographs, videos and interviews;
- promoting the Programme's results to different target audiences.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has an interest in communication and some practical experience in creating content for websites or social media, writing articles, photography, video production, conducting interviews, or supporting communication campaigns and events.
We are looking for a proactive person with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in an international environment alongside public institutions, project partners and beneficiaries.

Taking part in the IVY initiative provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the communication of European programmes, work in an international environment, and become directly involved in projects that contribute to the development of the cross-border region.
Volunteers receive financial support of €34.60 per day, covering the entire duration of the mission, including weekends and public holidays.
