Second Call for SMEs

The Joint Secretariat of the Bulgaria–Serbia Programme will conduct an information campaign targeting small and medium-sized enterprises from both sides of the border – Bulgaria and Serbia seeking opportunities to invest in cross-border joint projects.

The events are intended for companies from the programme area that are looking for additional information on the open Call for Proposals under Priority 1 “Competitive Cross-Border Region”. The call aims to promote sustainable growth of SMEs and job creation, including through productive investments.

On 16 January 2026 (Friday) at 10:30 a.m., in the building of the Kyustendil Youth Centre, the Kyustendil Regional Information Centre, together with the Municipality of Kyustendil, is organising an information meeting to present the application conditions under the calls of the Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria–Serbia 2021–2027 Programme and the “Regions in Growth” Programme 2021–2027.

In relation to the launched Call for Direct Support to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under the Interreg VI-A Bulgaria–Serbia Programme, the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat are offering the opportunity for individual consultations to all interested applicants.

The consultations aim to support potential beneficiaries in the preparation and submission of project proposals, as well as to provide clarifications on the conditions of the Call.

The Interreg VI-A Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027 launches the Second Call for Project Proposals for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) under Priority 1 “Competitive Border Region”, with Specific Objective RSO1.3 – Enhancing sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in SME’s including by productive investments.
