The Joint Secretariat is pleased to present the Beneficiary Navigator, an interactive online guide developed to facilitate the use of the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) under Priority 1 “Competitive Border Region” and Priority 2 “Integrated Development of the Border Region” of the (INTERREG VI-A) IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027.
The Beneficiary Navigator provides structured and user-friendly access to the main chapters of the PIM, including guidance on project implementation, reporting, financial management, public procurement, communication and visibility requirements, project modifications, monitoring, audits, closure procedures, annexes and supporting documents.
The tool has been developed to help beneficiaries quickly identify the information relevant to their specific implementation needs and to facilitate navigation through the Programme rules and procedures.
In addition to the official PIM chapters, the Navigator provides direct access to key supporting resources, including communication and visibility materials, visual identity guidance and other implementation documents.
