The Project Implementation Manual (PIM) under Priority 1 “Competitive Border Region” and Priority 2 “Integrated Development of the Border Region” of the (INTERREG VI-A) IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027 has been updated.

An updated Version 2/2026 of the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) under Priority 1 “Competitive Border Region” and Priority 2 “Integrated Development of the Border Region” of the (INTERREG VI-A) IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027 has been published.

The updated version includes changes and additions related to project implementation, public procurement, reporting, financial management and communication activities.

All beneficiaries are kindly requested to familiarize themselves with the new version of the Manual and to use the updated annexes and templates during project implementation.
