Following the information campaign carried out under the Second Call for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises within the Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027, as well as the subsequent enquiries received, we are publishing a consolidated set of questions and official answers.
The document provides clarifications on key topics, including the eligibility of applicants and partners, the application of the de minimis State aid rules, financial capacity requirements, project preparation costs, budgeting and eligible investments, as well as other practical issues raised during the preparation of project proposals.
The aim is to support potential applicants by providing clear and timely guidance for the preparation and submission of project proposals under the Call.
